Tensions are running high as the summer has come to an end and things are a brewin’ in the BPCW. With the feud between the Flock and the Playboys exploding in recent weeks we are going to be treated to an all out brawl between their respective leaders, Raven and Sex Pistol in a Backlot Street Fight. The final chapter in an epic family struggle will come to a close as the brothers of the BPCW royal family are set to meet one another later this evening in the first ever BPCW Hell In A Cell match! Pyros explode to mark the end of another summer and the rebirth of another calendar year of BPCW as we get underway with a word from the illustrious C.E.O. Wheeler via the FoleyTron™.

Tag Tournament First Round:
Black/Hellstorm vs. Big Red Machine
The quicker and more agile team of Black and Hellstorm take advantage of the Big Red Machine's posing on the ropes and start off by starting a four man brawl in the middle of the ring which results in Black and Kane exiting over the top rope and continuing their battle on the outside as Nikolai faces off against Hellstorm in the middle of the ring and the bell sounds to start this first match back for the Communist fan favourites. The match goes quickly as the Marxist Marauder beats the living snot out of Hellstorm then begs him to make a tag to his partner Black! As he does and Black comes storming across the ring, Nikolai moves out of the way and allows the former Titan to crash into the turnbuckle and then casually tags in KANE. They quickly whip Black into the ropes and then hit him with a huge double clothesline. Hellstorm attempts to get involved by hitting his trademark Inferno DDT but Nikolai notices him on the top turnbuckle and moves out of the way. Kane scrapes a dazed Hellstorm from the mat and hits a tremendous Boris Yeltsin Bomb as Nikolai locks Black in for the Stali...no! He hoists him up and hits the Kremlin Krunch and then drops to the canvas and pins him for the quick 1...2...3 at 5:36!
Your Winner via Pinfall: The Big Red Machine
Midwest Title Match:
"Playboy" Jon Seitz vs. Frat Boy (c)
This match was pretty run of the mill brawling with a bit of techincal mat wrestling thrown in until the ending. With Frat Boy locking on his Tappa Kegga Pain submission finisher on Seitz who is moments away from tapping Seitz makes it to the ropes and locks a fist on them. The ref counts to four before Frat Boy lets them go He proceeds to pick Seitz up and throw him into the ropes and runs towards him only to miss a splash in the corner as Seitz ducks out of the way and hits a Ghetto Bomb on the champion and then collapses next to him. He finally revives and goes for the cove 1... but out of the crowd comes Essa Rios... 2... He leaps to the top rope and hits a corkscrew moonsault on the both of them and then poses on the turnbuckle before leaving. The ref calls for the bell and calls it a no contest. Seitz attempts to figure out what happened after he revives and argues the call but the ref will have none of it and stands by his decision.
Your Winner and STILL Champion via DQ: Frat Boy
Backstage John Imbriani is standing by with Raven who is perched atop an anvil case...
JI: "Well, I'm standing by here with Raven to get his thoughts on the street fight he will be involved with later this evening. Now Raven, you seem to be languishing in your self pity and riotous depression as of late ever since your loss to Sex Pistol in your very own Raven's Rules match... and then at Free For All you and your Flock attacked Pistol but were ambushed yourself... your thoughts?"
RN: "For years, I've languished in company after company and watched opportunities that a man of my skill and intellect deserves be given to others, other superstars because they were more of a "friendly" image. I've been treated like an outcast. I've been treated like an unwanted child. I've been treated like a depraved embarassment. For years, I've resisted the temptation to lash out in a rage. I've resisted the temptation to quit wrestling entirely. But I didn't, because my tale isn't over yet. I still have volumes to tell, and one loss is not going to bring detriment to my destiny. I will not be plagued by defeat, nor mire in the destitution that you and the rest of this pitiful society call depression. Last month was only a taste of the vicious rapture that I will decend upon that unwilling playboy with this very night. Count Heatwave as a prelude, because Meltdown... will be an aria of pain, accompanied by screams, and drenched in blood. So it is written... so it shall come to pass. This interview... is over."

Tag Tournament First Round:
Saturn/Magnus vs. Wolfe/Venis
Saturn and Venis start it out and go at each other maliciously with a very brawl like atmosphere. Venis dominates for the most part and eventually clotheslines Saturn over the top as the fight spills to the outside. They finally get it back in and Magnus blindsides Venis but is cut off by the ref after a quick shot. Venis takes advantage of this to work the leg of Saturn but the Flock member reacts with an enziguri to the head and goes for the quick tag on Magnus. They brawl over to the Playboys corner and a battered Venis is able to make the tag to the Skinny One at the three-minute mark. They exchange a series of suplexes and Venis is able to distract the referee just long enough for Wolfe to get in a huge jumping armbar followed up by a hurricanrana and a dropkick for good measure. He proceeds to whip Magnus into the corner then run at him, leapfrogging and then hitting the Afrosault for a 2 count, but no more. Great series of moves by the Playboy. In a show of team work, he tags out to Venis at the 5:30 mark and allows himself to rest. Meanwhile, Venis continues the Playboy dominance by hitting two huge powerbombs and an over the head arm drag slam on Magnus. Wolfe comes in for the double team and Saturn runs in to help his partner out. Venis hits another big sidewalk slam and goes for the cover but only a two count. He hoists Magnus up for a suplex and bridges it but can only muster another two. Magnus mounts a comeback but his momentum is crushed when he bounces off the ropes near Wolfe and is tripped up. With this Saturn enters the ring but Wolfe is there to intercept him. In the meantime Venis has carried Magnus to the turnbuckle and set himself up for a huge fisherman’s suplex from the top and hits hit keeping it locked for the 1…2…3!
Your Winners via Pinfall: Val Venis and “The Skinny One” Ian Wolfe
*A BPCW Tough Enough Press Conference announced for Tuesday the 9th and is hyped again with images from the video and of the casting tryouts.*
Hardcore Title Match:
Rob Van Dam vs. Venom (c)
Van Dam had a boat load of pent up frustration going into this one after the events of the previous month and jumped the gun attacking Venom as he emerged from the backstage area. They brawled on the stage with Venom eventually getting the better of Van Dam but RVD quickly recovers and as Venom is charging RVD to spear him Van Dam does a leapfrog sending Venom careening off the stage, into and through a table in the electrical pit sending off a series of sparks. Van Dam then looked to the crowd in his typical "what should I do here?" look and then smiled and proceeded to gesticulate with his R...V...D... thumb pointing before leaping off the stage himself hitting Venom with a Five-Star Frog Splash! The two lay on the pile of broken table and tangled cord for a minute as the crowd chants voraciously "Holy Shit! Holy Shit!" before struggling to their feet and engaging once again in fisticuffs through the curtain to the back halls of the Igloo. They go back and forth with RVD eventually gaining the advantage after a snap suplex onto a ladder lying on the ground. As Venom writhes in pain, RVD lays a chair down on top of Venom's face and jumps onto a pile of crates. He somersaults off but Venom has recovered and RVD plunges onto the chair and ladder landing hard. Venom continues to dole out the pain with a bunch of stomps to the now injured ribs of Van Dam and then picks his broken body off the cold concrete floor and sets him up against the same pile of crates then backs up down the hall to gore him. Venom gets a running start and is about to hit RVD headlong until a door swings open quickly in front of him knocking the charging man beast out cold. The crowd falls silent until Sex Fiend pokes his head around the corner of the door, and says "Whoops, I did it again" before heading off down the hall. RVD recoveres and slowly crawls over to the unconcious Venom and drapes an arm over him for the 1...2...3!
Your Winner and NEW BPCW Hardcore Champion: Rob Van Dam
*Backstage Venom is absolutely irate running through the halls and searching for Sex Fiend. Zucker muses at the announce position about this being RVD's first title reign in the BPCW as we go back to the ring for another match up.*
Great Lakes Heavyweight Title Match:
Sex Fiend vs. "Big Daddy" Bickler (c)
This match was pretty much over before it began. As soon as Sex Fiend reached the ring, Venom came down and began to brawl with him before Bickler could even make it out. The fight was a brutal one with Venom basically catching the Fiend off guard and pummeling him left and right leaving him in a brutal mess in the middle of the ring. Bickler is seen peeking his head out of the backstage area and proceeds to make his entrance smugly then pose with one foot on top of his broken competitor and the referee had no choice but to start the match and count the 1…2…3 for Bickler!
Your Winner via Pinfall and STILL Great Lakes Champion: “Big Daddy” Bickler
Pistol's Rules: Backlot Street Fight
Raven vs. Sex Pistol
The Referee greets both wrestlers and explains the rules… you must win by pinfall or submission… other than that… there are NO RULES!
Raven starts off with a quick drop toe hold into some garbage and then an irish whip but pistol reverses and stomps away at the flock leader… raven recovers and hits a russian leg sweep followed by a shot to the balls, but when he picks him up to deal further punishment the two disintegrate into an all out slugfest. Raven finally ducks a punch, but Pistol reverses the arm bar and the two have a brief stare down before locking back up. Raven gains the advantage and whips Pistol into a stack of boxes but RVD shows up and hits a spinning heel kick out of no where before Raven knows what hit him in retaliation for the beating he received at Free-For-All. In the meantime Sex Pistol recovers and locks in a front headlock then proceeds to roll it over into a camel clutch like maneuver. Raven reaches out and grabs a trash can lid and hits Pistol with it to gain some breathing room. He proceeds to bludgeon the champion repeatedly with it until he is again blindsided, this time it is Wolfe and Venis. Despite there best efforts, Raven grabs a pair of Singapore canes and cracks the two of them in the head over his shoulder as they neared him for the double team. He quickly spun around and did a little twirling of both before throwing one in the air to the Playboys. But as it were they fell for the oldest trick in the book as Raven took advantage of the distraction to put them both on their backs with a plethora of shots to the head, ribs, and knees. He spins around to see Pistol high tailing it into the arena and he runs after him only to get attacked once more by an already ragged and bloodied Sex Fiend breaking a 2 x 4 over his head! Pistol can be seen halting down the hall and walking back to the scene as the ref is standing there dazed at the strange turn of events. Pistol looks around when he gets to the scene and begins to thank Sex Fiend as well. They shake hands but as the Fiend is walking away he suddenly cracks the remaining 2/3 of the 2 x4 over the head of Sex Pistol… SF: “Just so everyone knows I don’t play favorites. How’s that for some Venom, Raven?” The two grapplers are stunned on the floor as the ref starts a knock out count. Raven struggles to his feet and sets up a table to put Pistol on but when he looks around to find Pistol he is nowhere to be found. All of a sudden, he is seen charging from off screen, ladder in hand and decks Raven with it. With Raven lying nearly knocked unconscious from the blow on the cold concrete floor, Pistol sets up the ladder and begins to climb up. Amazingly as soon as he turns around to leap onto his dismembered opponent, he sees Raven smiling, face bloodied, standing and laughing. The leader of the Flock proceeds to run to the ladder and up the rungs putting Pistol in a reverse headlock and yanking him off the ladder and through the table for the Evenflow and in a mess of blood and bodies finds a way to recover and pin him for the 1…2…3!
Your Winner: Raven
Tag Tournament #1 Contendorship Finals
Big Red Machine vs. Wolfe/Venis
*The Big Red Machine's music hits and they come to the ring and pose to the intense pleasure of the crowd at the Igloo. The Playboys "Big Pimpin'" theme song hits, and the crowd waits, but nothing happens. The Big Red Machine stare at each other and then lean back on the ropes awaiting their opponents. The crowd begins to grow restless as we see none other than Mick Foley cruising around backstage knocking on doors looking for Wolfe and Venis. Venis finally appears down the corridor and motions to Mick to come into the locker room... apparantly "The Skinny One" has fallen ill! Mick goes into the locker room and the crowd is treated to the disgusting sounds of puke hitting water as Wolfe is apparantly vomitting in a stall.*
MF: "What exactly is going on here?"
VV: "Well, you see Mick, the Big Valbowski and The Skinny One were so excited about advancing on to the finals of the #1 Contendor Tag Tournament that we got totally carried away with our celebration and now my partner here is doing a little praying to the porcelien god."
MF: "Do you actually expect me to believe that?"
IW: *from inside the stall* "It's true Mick... I like totally *heave* can't *cough* hold down liquor to save my life.... *puking sounds*
VV: "So we were thinking maybe Wheeler could hold off on the match until next month and just make us both number one contendors for the tag belts?"
MF: "Well, we could do that, or we could make you carry your asses out to the ring and get wasted again? What do you say?"
IW: "I would totally *sounds of heaving* prefer the former rather than the later yo."
MF: "Hmm, I suppose I'll go talk to the C.E.O. then..."
*The Playboys thank Foley and he heads out of the bathroom as the door to the stall opens and out comes a seemingly in excellent health Ian Wolfe...*
IW: "We totally fooled him. How easy was that? I told you it would work."
*Suddenly, there is a knock on the door...*
VV: "Who is it?"
A fake girly voice answers back "Housekeeping!"
IW: *looking puzzled* "We didn't ask for housekeeping... did we?"
*The Big Red Machine bursts through the door and stands there with Mother Russia at their side and a referee behind them...*
KA: "Well somebody certainly did, because C.E.O. Wheeler just made this a Falls Count Anywhere match, and we're here to clean house!"
The match gets underway, albiet somewhat lopsidedly as Volkoff knocks the cup of "puke" out of Wolfe's hands and smashes his skull on the sink. At the same moment Kane throws Val out of the bathroom and he goes careening out into the locker room where he attempts to run away but Mother Russia cuts him off and backs him up, with chair in hand right into both Kane and Nikolai. They both grasp his throat and perform a double chokeslam through the towel table and then let Mother Russia jump into their arms as they each put a foot on top of the broken body of Val Venis and recieve the 1...2...3 and the right to contend for the tag titles at Chaos next month!
Your Winners by Pinfall and #1 Contendors for the Tag Titles: The Big Red Machine
*Rictor is seen heading through the hallways with Lauren by his side. We switch to a split screen and see Proteus heading to the ring as well. Hell In A Cell
World Heavyweight Championship Match:
Proteus vs. Rictor (c)
Prior to the start of the match, officials checked underneath the ring to make sure no one was there and then in a bath of strobes and ominous music. Proteus comes out first to a huge pop as he wears wrappings on his hands to both pay homage to his hero Mick Foley and to avoid cutting his hands to shit on the cage! Next out is Rictor, accompanied by Lauren to ringside, but when they get there the referee will only allow Rictor in to the actual cell. Proteus is in the ring mocking Rictor and stretching to get ready for their brutal match up. Rictor finally entered reluctantly and had the door shut and chained closed behind him. The only way he is getting out is by a pinfall or in a stretcher.
The match started off with Proteus doling out a large amount of punishment on his younger brother. He used the cage to his advantage and the fight soon spilled to the perimeter between the Cell and the ring as we saw Rictor turn the tides and slam Proteus against the cage wearing him down through a series of suplexes on the floor and following it up by irish whipping him into the ring steps. Proteus staged a huge comeback following a reversal of an attempted Epicenter Suplex on the steps by floating over it and then hitting a modified version of his Hook, Line, and Sinker finisher, only instead of hitting a stunner following the reverse suplex he hit a neck breaker drop landing Rictor’s face square on the steps. They both take a long time to recover, but Proteus eventually gets to his feet and drags Rictor up and lays him on top of the bottom half of the ring steps. The elder brother then runs into the ring and to the opposite corner to get a running start at what appears is going to be a huge body press. He runs across the ring but Rictor rolls out of the way at the last second and the corner of the steps buries deep into Proteus’ rib cage knocking the wind out of him. Rictor seized this botched attempt and went underneath the ring only to bring out a steel chair. He set it up on the back of Proteus’ head and got up on the apron and proceeded to hit a huge leg drop on it slamming Proteus in the head and flipping him off the steps to the floor revealing a gash on the side of Proteus’ torso which slowly has soaked through his shirt. Rictor looks concerned until he gets a couple feet away and then begins to punch Proteus’ ribs and then stare at his bloodied hand before throwing it in the air and yelling at the crowd! Suddenly Proteus springs to life and grabs his brother in a chokehold and slowly bringing the duo to their feet and thowing his younger sibling into the cage and proceeding to rake his face across it repeatedly while Rictor screamed in pain and Proteus now with a crimson mask to go along with the gaping wound in his side yelled at him. Proteus finally gave it up and left Rictor to crumple into a feeble ball of flesh on the floor as he ran over to the other side of the ring and searched underneath grabbing out item after item until he found his sledgehammer… wrapped in barbed wire! He dizzily trotted back over to the other side of the ring where Rictor still lay dormant and propped him up on the ring steps again and went to the apron for a Foley elbow drop while holding the Sledge. He leaps in the air and hits it causing Rictor to convulse. Slowly Proteus gets to his feet and thrusts the hammer in the air and calls for another. He reaches the apron once again and goes for the drop but is met with a Rictor kick to the face. Rictor and Proteus are lying on the ground motionless as the crowd chants of “holy shit” reverberate throughout the sold out Igloo. Rictor gets to his feet and begins again to dig underneath the ring but cannot find what he is looking for. He stumbles around the ring post, using it to brace himself and falls to his knees looking again and finally finding the object of his search… a 12’ ladder! After using it to prop himself up, he slowly makes his way back to Proteus and drops it on him a handful of times before brightening up and leaning the ladder against the cage. He picks up Proteus and leans him against the ladder and gets into the ring. He runs across and bounces off the ropes and then does an unassisted somersault over the top rope towards Proteus but he moves and Rictor upon emerging from his somersault smashes head long into the ladder bursting the connections on the cage and freeing a section of it where he and the ladder crushed through creating a gaping hole. Amazingly, Rictor is still the first to his feet and sets up the ladder on the outside and then puts Proteus’ still lifeless body onto the announce table causing JR and Danny Zucker to high-tail it out of there. But again out of nowhere, Proteus springs to life and scales the ladder fighting Rictor tooth to nail on the top before locking in the Rings of Jimmy on the top! Rictor is tapping but it makes no difference until Lauren finally makes her presence felt on the outside by handing Rictor a Singapore cane which he uses to hit Proteus in the head and then push his dazed brother off the ladder and through the awaiting announcers table, in a bloody heap. Rictor, slowly recovering mounts the top of the ladder and hits a huge Shockwave from the top onto his awaiting brother! In a mass of carnage the two siblings are stretched out on top of the rubble of the announcers table with Lauren checking on Rictor and the referee checking on Proteus. They both lay motionless for a minute and then slowly get to their feet Rictor first, then Proteus. Proteus wipes blood off his face and stares at it and then Rictor and the younger brother knows he’s in trouble. He quickly scurries up the ladder with Proteus shortly behind him but leaps to the side of the cage just as he is about to be caught. Proteus just yells after him and then quickly jumps down from the ladder and begins to look about for something… Lauren tries to get in his way but he backhands her and drops her to her knees showing no remorse and radiating his intent to find whatever it is he is looking for. Rictor, meanwhile is slowly making his way to the top of the Cell and reaches it as Proteus lets out a bellow then is seen thrusting his barbed sledgehammer into the air and then taking the wire and wrapping it around his torso to keep the sledgehammer from falling off. He begins to ascend the Cell as a worried Rictor on top walks to the edge and waits for his arrival. Moments later, Proteus reaches the pinnacle and has to play a game of cat and mouse with Rictor to get up but finally grabs his brother’s leg and trips him up allowing him to roll onto the the top of the cell. While Rictor gingerly attempts to stand Proteus unwraps himself screaming as the barbs unstuck themselves from their fleshy homes. He re-wraps his sledge and then out of his boot pulls a small bottle and a match dousing it in kerosene and lighting the “sumbitch” on fire according to JR. The two are now both on their feet and they dance around each other as Rictor tries to avoid being scorched or stuck and Proteus desperately tries to end this match up with a single blow. He lunges at Rictor and misses which allows Rictor to catch his arm and break his grasp on the sledgehammer, which falls to the top of the cell. They duke it out and are both knocked down but Proteus has the unlucky fortune of landing directly on his lit sledge and screams in pain. Just then, the arena goes dark and then is lit with an eerie glow as thunder rumbles and we hear a familiar voice over the loudspeaker! “Who is the Icon? I am the Icon… the biggest Icon in wrestling. And my time…my time… my time… IS NOW!” The crowd erupts as Rollins Band blares over the loudspeakers and Icon 2000 makes his triumphant return to the BPCW racing down the ramp towards the cell. Lauren tries to stop him but is thrown aside for her troubles as he leaps to the cage and starts to ascend. A battered Proteus lies prone on top, scorched, bruised and bloody with Rictor slowly getting to his feet across the top. Both men slowly start to rise to their feet as Proteus has a death laced grin on his crimson face as he hears I2K’s music on the loudspeaker! Rictor cringes in fear of the Iconic One as visions of his past encounters flash in front of him as the Icon gets to the top of the cage. Proteus and Rictor reach their feet near this time and Proteus hunched over looks back and nods to his partner in crime. With that, I2K takes off running across the top of the cage toward Rictor but grabs the head of Proteus instead and spins around him once Tornado DDT style before hoisting him up and dumping him on his head with a gargantuan Iconoclasm sending both men through the top of the Cell and leaving a confused Rictor on top of the cage. Upon impact the mat crumples underneath their weight and they both lay there in the indentation, crumpled masses of blood and bone, slightly resembling humans, moreso in I2K’s case than Proteus’. Rictor slowly realizes what has happened and drops through the top of the cage. He eyes up the situation and stands in disbelief as he sees his brother a bloody mess lying in a pool of the same blood that flows through his veins. At the same time, Icon 2000 is getting to his feet and you can see him mouth “you got what you want, now cover him”. Rictor looks at him and then back at his brother and Icon can be seen mouthing “what the hell is wrong with you? Cover him!” Rictor falls to his knees and looks at his brother, laying his head in his hands and Icon 2000 just shakes his head and begins to head out of the ring then turns around and runs at Rictor full speed dropkicking him in his face. He looks at both brothers laying on the ground and shakes his head then pulls the lifeless body of Rictor on top of Proteus and yells at the referee until he counts the 1…2…3!
Your Winner: Rictor
We are left with the scene of two broken bodies in the ring, a destroyed cell and the blackest of betrayals left unexplained as Icon 2000 makes his way to the top of the ring and does his HBK pose as his music blares and his fireworks go off and the camera fades as he walks to the back smiling.

John Imbriani tries to get a word with Proteus, but he simply shoves him to the side and keeps walking as we head to the final video package hyping this event... and then...*
